Commissions

30% of the net sale amount (excluding VAT)

Paid only on the first sale to a new customer

Commissions stay pending for 30 days (refund & chargeback period)

Cancelled/refunded orders → commission voided

Promotional rules

✅ Create your own promo materials (must be accurate, no false claims, no offensive/illegal association)
❌ No paid ads using the brand name “Zupría”
❌ No spam, misleading content, or illegal promotion channels
Other important rules
