By accessing or using our Website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website or purchase any of our services.
1. Services Provided
Zupría SRL offers digital services and products including:
- AI Consulting Sessions: Personalized one-on-one strategy sessions.
- AI Courses: Self-paced online courses related to AI use.
All products are delivered digitally—there are no physical goods or shipping involved.
2. Account Registration
To access certain services, such as our online courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account. Misuse or sharing of account credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
3. Pricing and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and may be made using credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
4. Refund Policy
AI Consulting Sessions:
If you don’t leave your session with at least three clear, actionable ways to use AI in your business, we will refund 100% of your payment—no questions asked.
AI OnlyFans Model Course:
We offer a 30-day earnings guarantee. If you follow the course instructions, build and launch your AI model, and post all the content that we recommend using the methods taught inside, we guarantee you’ll start earning from Fanvue within the first 30 days. If not, you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Refunds will only be issued if you demonstrate that you completed the required actions in good faith.
5. Consulting Session Booking and Cancellation Policy
- You’ll receive a questionnaire after purchase.
- You must complete the questionnaire before booking your session.
- Sessions must be booked within 6 months of purchase or they are forfeited with no refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. One cancellation is allowed per user.
- Missed sessions or late reschedules result in forfeiture and no refund.
- Sessions are available in English or Romanian. Romanian sessions do not include a transcript.
- Consent-based session recording is available. English sessions include optional transcript delivery.
- We recommend joining from a laptop with a stable internet connection. Mobile access is supported.
6. Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Access to our AI courses is available through your user account. Course materials can be accessed at any time, and your access is lifetime unless otherwise specified.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, PDFs, course materials, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zupría SRL. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or commercial use, but resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or harmful activities.
- Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary systems or software demonstrations.
- Share your access or course materials with unauthorized users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Commercial Use
All our services and products may be used for commercial purposes. You may implement them in your business or client work without restriction.
10. Modifications
