By accessing or using our Website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website or purchase any of our services.
1. Services Provided
Zupría SRL offers digital services and products including:
- AI Consulting Sessions: Personalized one-on-one strategy sessions.
- AI Courses: Self-paced online courses related to AI use.
All products are delivered digitally—there are no physical goods or shipping involved.
2. Account Registration
To access certain services, such as our online courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account. Misuse or sharing of account credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
3. Pricing and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and may be made using credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
4. Refund Policy
AI Consulting Sessions:
If you don’t leave your session with at least three clear, actionable ways to use AI in your business, we will refund 100% of your payment – no questions asked.
AI OnlyFans Model Course:
We offer a 30-day earnings guarantee. If you follow the course instructions, build and launch your AI model, and post all the content that we recommend using the methods taught inside, we guarantee you’ll start earning from Fanvue within the first 30 days. If not, you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Refunds will only be issued if you demonstrate that you completed the required actions in good faith.
This commercial guarantee is separate from and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Where the right of withdrawal has been lawfully waived for digital content in accordance with Section 6A above, refunds are governed exclusively by the conditions of this Refund Policy.
5. Consulting Session Booking and Cancellation Policy
- You’ll receive a questionnaire after purchase.
- You must complete the questionnaire before booking your session.
- Sessions must be booked within 6 months of purchase or they are forfeited with no refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. One cancellation is allowed per user.
- Missed sessions or late reschedules result in forfeiture and no refund.
- Sessions are available in English or Romanian. Romanian sessions do not include a transcript.
- Consent-based session recording is available. English sessions include optional transcript delivery.
- We recommend joining from a laptop with a stable internet connection. Mobile access is supported.
6. Delivery, Access % Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, subject to the user’s explicit request for immediate supply and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal, as confirmed during the checkout process.
Access to our AI courses is available through your user account. Course materials can be accessed at any time, and your access is lifetime unless otherwise specified.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, provided that:
(a) you have expressly requested the immediate supply of the digital content, and
(b) you have acknowledged that, by accessing the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing the checkout process for any digital product on this Website, you are required to provide your explicit consent to both of the above conditions via dedicated checkboxes before the order can be placed.
Once access to the digital content has been granted, and the above consents have been provided, the right of withdrawal is considered waived in accordance with applicable EU law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, PDFs, course materials, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zupría SRL. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or commercial use, but resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

- Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary systems or software demonstrations.
- Share your access or course materials with unauthorized users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Commercial Use
All our services and products may be used for commercial purposes. You may implement them in your business or client work without restriction.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
